Terms and Conditions

Please note that, due to Federal Legislation, no person under 18 years old (including babies) can be admitted to any session unless the film has been classified accordingly.

All passes and tickets are non-refundable. 

A booking fee of $2.00 will be charged on all online bookings. 

Concession cards must be shown upon entry and on request.  Concession ticket holders without valid identification will be refused entry.

Concessions are available to BIFF Film Club members, full-time students, pensioners, unemployed, seniors and members of ACS, AFI, ASDA, AWG, IF, MEAA, QPIX and SPAA.  Concession prices apply only to the cardholder and are not transferrable.

All sessions are general admission only. 

All sessions start at the times indicated in the program.  Late arrival for a session may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the screening.

Program details are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change where necessary and without notice.  Please check our website for updates or alterations to the published program.

Film piracy, recording or copying is a criminal offence and violation of copyright. Any person caught recording or copying any session will be removed immediately from the venue; all their tickets and passes will be cancelled and every action will be taken to ensure that they are prosecuted to the full extent of both the criminal and the civil law.
