Inspired by the Sundance-award-winning Honeyland 2019, that traces the extraordinary journey of Europe’s last female beekeeper; join us for a sumptuous, honey-themed dining experience at the GOMA Restaurant.
Following the film, the special one-time-only menu will be revealed by Executive Chef Doug Innes-Will, drawing on the neighbourhood honeys of producer Bee One Third, combined with local produce.
In the restaurant our Executive Chef will introduce the dishes and Bee One Third’s Jack Stone will discuss urban bee keeping.
